About Your Role

As an Account Executive at GEO Digital Partners, you'll be pivotal in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across diverse channels, including inbound marketing, prospect lists, and proactive cold-calling.

This role requires collaboration with a talented team and guidance from our Sales Performance Manager to achieve success using platforms like HubSpot and Apollo.io.

Compensation

- Average Target Income $65,000 - $150,000 per year

- Monthly incentives/rewards

- Uncapped commission pay

Your Responsibilities

As part of the role, you'll:

- Lead the entire sales process, from generating leads to sealing deals.

- Develop strategic sales approaches aligned with our objectives.

- Maintain a streamlined sales pipeline through meticulous documentation.

- Leverage sales expertise and relationship building to exceed targets.

- Collaborate on marketing and product strategies to enhance the customer journey.

Work Arrangement

- Primarily remote work with flexibility.

- Possibility of transitioning to our Toronto office.

- Ample notice will be given for any on-site work transition.

Qualifications Essentials

- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent education.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Confidence, resilience, and cold-calling ability.

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills for a high-speed sales environment.

- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and objection handling.

Desirables:

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, or similar CRM tools.

- Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.

- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
